We spent Easter weekend at a castle hotel in Switzerland and had a wonderful experience. The building had a nice blend of modern and traditional decor. We loved the scenic views of the park and the lake from our room. Breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed the Caesar salad and the four course dinner. The hotel had a beautiful terrace for outdoor dining and complimentary wine to accompany our meals. The equipment in the room was also impressive and luxurious.

The parking area was a bit far from the hotel entrance, and we had to carry our luggage ourselves. There was also no bar area, which would have been nice after dinner to have a nightcap.

Spent Christmas at a castle hotel , truly spectacular! the rooms were spacious with huge windows that let in lots of natural light. the location was perfect , we had a stunning view of the lake from our room, and there was a train station that made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the highlight of our Christmas stay was the snowfall. Seeing the entire hotel grounds covered in a blanket of snow made it feel like a real, life winter wonderland.

The heating system in the hotel was very poor. Even though we had the radiators cranked up all the way, we were still freezing in our rooms.
